Atlanta Culture

Atlanta Buckhead neighborhoods such as Chastain ParkGarden Hills & Peachtree Hills top some of Buckhead’s most sought after neighborhoods. Atlanta Buckhead has been known as an elite district for the “Who’s Who of Atlanta.” The Robb Report consistently ranks Buckhead as one of the Top 10 Affluent Communities in the nation. Buckhead has often been compared to the Beverly Hills of the south. The comparison is fitting especially for a highly anticipated Buckhead project, Buckhead Atlanta or Buckhead Avenue formerly known as The Streets of Buckhead. The retail project reignited after the recession in 2009. Buckhead Avenue Real Estate reportedly estimates over 340,000 square feet of retail, boutiques, restaurants and two 20-story luxury residences.
